Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. hot mashed potatoes
    2 tsp. melted butter
    1 lb. sifted powdered sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. vanilla
    few grains salt
    1/2 lb. moist shredded coconut
Preparation
    Put hot potatoes through ricer to remove lumps, then beat in butter.
    Put potatoes in mixing bowl and beat in sugar.
    Add cocoa and beat throughly.
    Mix in vanilla, salt and coconut.
    Drop by teaspoons onto waxed paper.
    Place in refrigerator to harden candy.
    Keep in tightly closed container.
