Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. hamburger
32 oz. spaghetti sauce
12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 medium onion, chopped
1 large box jumbo shells
12 oz. Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Boil shells and let cool.
Cook hamburger and onion over low heat until meat is brown.
Drain.
Pour sauce over mixture and simmer for 10 minutes.
Grate cheeses.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan, spread 1 cup of sauce.
Stuff shells with the cheeses.
Arrange in single layer in pan.
Spoon remaining sauce over shells.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.
Bake with foil covering for 15 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serves 6 people.
