14 Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. grated carrots
8 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. shredded coconut
Preparation

Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon. Add sugar, oil and eggs and mix well.
Add carrots, drained pineapple, coconut and nuts.
