French Onion Soup With Garlic Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 large onions
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    salt and pepper
    2 bouillon cubes (optional)
Preparation
    Cut onions in half and cut into thin slices.
    Brown in Dutch oven with olive oil.
    Fill pot with onions and water.
    Simmer for 3 hours.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Add bouillon cubes, if desired.
