Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 tomatoes
    12 jalapeno peppers
    7 onions
    1/4 c. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 cloves garlic
    1 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Put tomatoes, peppers, onions and garlic in food processor. (Remove skins from tomatoes; also remove seeds from peppers for milder salsa.)
    Add sugar, salt and vinegar.
    Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Put in jars.
    Heat lids before putting on jars.
