Chicken In A Crock-Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 carrots
    1 to 2 onions
    4 to 5 potatoes
    1 whole chicken
    2 tsp. salt and pepper
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Put carrots and onions in bottom of crock-pot.
    Add whole chicken.
    Top with salt and pepper and liquid.
    Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours, using 1 cup of water.
