Rice And Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. fresh spinach, chopped
    6 green onions
    1 c. raw rice
    3 Tbsp. fresh dill weed
    2 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
    olive oil or 1 or 2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Saute
    onions
    in olive oil or butter; add spinach that has been
    cooked
    until wilted, rice, pepper, salt, dill weed and water.
    Simmer for 15 to 18 minutes.
