Kathy'S Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 1/4 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Bake in greased tube pan in a 300\u00b0 oven for
1 hour and 20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool.
