Beef And Cabbage Taco Casserole - Fantastic!! - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. peeled and shredded potatoes
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz.)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. onion salt
1 lb. lean ground beef, browned and drained
1 1/2 c. shredded cabbage
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chili peppers, drained
1/2 c. taco sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. onion salt
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
Preparation

Brown ground beef, drain and set aside.
In the same beef skillet, stir-fry the shredded cabbage over high heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in ground beef.
Add green chili peppers, taco sauce, pepper and onion salt.
Mix well.
Mound into partially baked potato crust and bake for 20 minutes.
Top with shredded Cheddar cheese and bake for 2 to 3 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serve with taco sauce.
