Oven Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 qt. popped corn
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. margarine
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix brown sugar, corn syrup, margarine and salt in a 4-quart pan.
    Bring to a boil; boil 5 minutes and remove from heat.
    Add vanilla and soda (this will swell).
    Pour on the popcorn; stir. Place in 225\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
    Cool. Store in covered container to keep crisp.
