Chicken Stock - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stewing chicken
    1 large onion
    2 carrots
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. tarragon
    1/2 c. fresh parsley, chopped
    2 stalks celery
Preparation
    Remove skin and cut chicken into pieces.
    In deep pot, cover chicken with water.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover and bring to boil.
    Lower heat and simmer for 2 hours.
    Strain, reserving chicken and vegetables.
    May be frozen.
    Serving size 1 cup.
