Herbed Beef Kabobs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. oil
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 medium bay leaf
2 lb. boneless beef sirloin
16 (1 1/2-inch) pepper squares (green, yellow or red)
16 medium mushroom caps
4 small onions, quartered
Preparation

Combine first 10 ingredients in a saucepan.
Heat to boiling point and cool. Cut meat into 1 1/2-inch cubes and add to the mixture in a Ziploc bag along with pepper squares, mushrooms and quartered onions.
Mix well. Let stand in refrigerator overnight.
