Apple Crumb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large tart apples
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. butter
1 pie shell
Preparation

Peel apples; cut in 1/8-inch slices.
Arrange on crust.
Mix 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon.
Sprinkle over apples.
Sift 1/2 cup sugar with flour; cut butter until crumbly.
Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
