Hot Cheese Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sharp cheddar, grated
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
2-4 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
6 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. evaporated milk
Preparation

Grease a 12 inch x 15 inch pan.
Mix cheese and spread 1/2 mixture into pan.
Spread chopped pepper over first layer of cheese.
Spread remaining cheese on top.
Mix beaten eggs with milk and pour over second layer of cheese.\tBake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Cut into 1 inch squares.
