Mary'S Best Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten slightly
    1 1/2 c. pumpkin
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 c. evaporated milk or top cream
Preparation
    Make
    9-inch
    pie crust and chill.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Beat
    on
    Number 4 speed until well blended, 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
    Pour
    into chilled pie crust.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10
    to 15 minutes, then reduce to 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serve with whipped cream.
