Texas Cowboy Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger or stew meat
2 c. pinto beans
1 medium to large onion
1 lb. Mexican Velveeta cheese
1 qt. or 2 cans tomatoes
about 6 medium jalapeno peppers
2 pkg. Bloemers chili powder
black pepper
Louisiana hot sauce (as much as you can take)
Preparation

Brown hamburger and onion.
Add black pepper, chili powder and hot sauce to taste.
Add jalapeno peppers, tomatoes and beans. Let everything simmer about 15 minutes, then add cheese.
It will take about 15 minutes to melt if its cut into pieces.
Serve with hard rolls.
