Spanish Style Green Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh green beans
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. vegetable or olive oil
2 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. dried whole basil
1/4 tsp. dried whole rosemary
1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Remove strings from beans; wash beans thoroughly. Cut beans into 1 1/2 inch pieces. Cook beans in boiling salted water 15 to 20 minutes or until crisp tender. Drain and set aside.
Saute green pepper and onion in hot oil until tender. Add tomatoes, basil, rosemary, salt, pepper, and beans, mixing well. Heat thoroughly.
