Stewed Eggplant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    eggplant
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    tomatoes (fresh or canned)
    salt
    water
Preparation
    Wash, peel and cut eggplant into small pieces.
    Cut onion and bell pepper into small pieces.
    Enough water to cover; salt to taste.
    Stew down until tender or most of water is gone.
