Minute Fudge Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Stir over low heat until shortening and chocolate melts. Bring to full rolling boil; stir constantly.
    Boil 1 minute, remove from heat and beat until lukewarm.
    Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and spread over any cooled cake.
