My Mother-In-Law'S Cheese Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs, separated
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
    2 (9-inch) pie shells
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Blend all but egg whites and brown sugar.
    Pour into two 9-inch pie shells.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
