Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. oleo
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. lemon juice (real)
1 egg, well beaten
grated lemon rind
Preparation

Mix all and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, just until the mixture comes to a boil.
Makes 1 1/3 cups.
Serve over gingerbread, angel food, etc.
