Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 cups soft bread crumbs
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    milk
Preparation
    Drain salmon and keep juice.
    To juice add enough milk to make 1 cup.
    Flake salmon and combine all ingredients.
    Pack into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
