Hot Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can artichoke hearts, well drained
1 c. Parmesan cheese, divided
8 oz. cream cheese, softened and divided
1/2 c. real mayonnaise, divided
1/2 tsp. dill weed, divided
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice (optional)
Preparation

Chop artichokes coarsely in processor or blender.
Add 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, 1/2 package cream cheese, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 teaspoon dill weed, garlic and lemon juice.
Process until smooth. Smooth into 10-inch pie plate.
Process the balance of ingredients until smooth and add to plate.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
