Beer Venison Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 venison chops or steaks
    1/3 c. catsup
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 can beer
Preparation
    Brown chops in bacon grease and pour off fat.
    Blend brown sugar, catsup and beer.
    Pour over chops.
    Cook in an electric frypan until tender, about 1 hour (may need to add a little water as it cooks down).
    Spoon sauce over chops and serve.
