Ingredients

1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
8 oz. sour cream
1 can creamed corn
1 egg

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and bake in an 8 x 8 or a round pan at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour. This is a delicious side dish.
