Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground meat
1/2 c. minced onion
1/4 c. minced bell pepper
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 large bell peppers
Preparation

Saute the minced bell pepper and onion in butter.
Add ground meat and other ingredients.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
Core bell peppers; boil until tender.
Stuff with meat mixture.
Top with grated cheese, if desired.
Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
