Texas Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground meat
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    2 large kidney beans (biggest size)
    2 large cans tomato soup (family size)
    1 small can stewed tomatoes (16 oz.)
    1 small can green chilies (mild or hot)
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1/2 tsp. each: salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. taco sauce
    cayenne powder to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground meat and onion; drain.
    Place in large pan.
    Add other ingredients.
    Simmer for 2 hours (if possible).
    When served, top with shredded cheddar cheese and/or taco chips.
