Mac Beef And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    2 c. elbow macaroni, cooked
    6 slices American cheese
Preparation
    Cook hamburger and onion; drain off fat.
    Add 2/3 spaghetti sauce.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Combine sauce mixture with macaroni. Pour into casserole; top with remaining spaghetti sauce.
    Cut cheese slices diagonally.
    Arrange around edge of casserole facing points toward center.
    Bake on 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
