Fried Chicken With Creamy Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium chicken breast halves, skinned (2 1/4 lb. total)
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
    1/2 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Rinse chicken pieces; pat dry with paper towels.
    In a plastic bag combine flour, salt, paprika and pepper.
    Add a few chicken breasts at a time to the bag.
    Shake to coat.
    Remove chicken from bag, shaking of any excess coating in the bag.
    Reserve remaining flour mixture.
