Crab Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 doz. mushrooms
1 Tbsp. parsley, snipped
1 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crab
Preparation

Wash and dry mushrooms.
Remove stems.
Combine drained and flaked crab, parsley and pimento.
Blend together mustard, onion salt and mayonnaise.
Toss mixtures together.
Fill each crown with 2 tablespoons of the crab mixture.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes, until hot.
