Simple Stir-Fry For Turkey Leftovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen vegetables (Green Giant American Mixtures)
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/3 c. stir-fry sauce (store bought)
    2 c. cooked turkey or chicken breast strips (leftovers)
Preparation
    In large skillet saute vegetables and onion in oil for 6 to 8 minutes until crisp-tender.
    Combine stir-fry sauce and turkey. Add to vegetable mixture; heat thoroughly.
    Serve over rice, if desired.
