Garlic-Blue Cheese Vinaigrette - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. olive oil
2 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
2 to 3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 4 oz. pkg. blue cheese, crumbled
Preparation

Combine first 8 ingredients in a jar.
Cover tightly and shake vigorously.
Add blue cheese; stir mixture before serving.
