Festive Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. potatoes
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. black olives
    1/3 c. dill pickles
    1 c. carrots
    2 Tbsp. pimentos
    1/8 c. green peppers
    1 tsp. mustard
    3 Tbsp. onions
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 c. cabbage
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in jackets.
    Cool.
    Dice potatoes.
    Pour oil over potatoes.
    Add vinegar, salt, pepper, sliced olives, diced pickles, shredded carrots, pimentos (diced), finely chopped green pepper, grated onions and grated cabbage; mix well.
    Add mustard and mayonnaise.
    Mix well.
    Serve cold.
