Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1/2 stick butter
3 Tbsp. butter
8 potatoes
2 c. milk

Preparation

Cream the potatoes. Brown hamburger meat. Take 3 tablespoons flour and milk; mix well. After meat is done, drain.
Pour gravy over hamburger meat.
Put into baking dish a layer of creamed potatoes and a layer of meat.
Last layer should be creamed potatoes.
Garnish top of creamed potatoes with paprika. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Top with cheese, if desired.
