Easy Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small chicken
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 stick butter
    1 box Stove Top stuffing (for chicken)
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 carrot, shredded
Preparation
    Boil cut chicken and debone.
    Cut up (reserve broth).
    Melt butter.
    Add soup, sour cream, broth, carrot and dry stuffing. Mix well.
    Pour in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serve.
