Mexican Shepherd'S Pie(For A Crowd!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 lb. ground turkey
    1 (No. 10) can green chili peppers
    3 to 4 onions, chopped
    3 to 4 green peppers, chopped
    2 qt. salsa
    10 to 15 drops Tabasco sauce
    2 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 qt. water
    4 bags frozen corn, blanched
    2 gal. hot mashed potatoes
    4 bags grated cheese (8 c.)
Preparation
    Saute meat, onions and peppers.
    When cooked, add taco seasoning. Mix well.
    Add salsa, water and Tabasco.
    Mix well. Layer meat mixture into four shallow hotel pans (or eight 9 x 13-inch pans).
    Add layer of corn, then layer of potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake approximately 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 80.
