Liz Wood'S Chili Cheese Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs, beaten
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
1 onion, chopped
1/2 lb. ground beef
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a large bowl, combine beaten eggs, cheese and chilies.
In a medium frying pan, saute onion and beef together until beef is no longer pink and onion is limp.
Drain off any fat and add meat and onion to the egg mixture.
Pour into a greased 8-inch square pan and bake 45 minutes or until set. Cool and cut into squares for serving.
(Can also be served as a main dish for 4.)
