Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 c. coconut
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 c. plain flour
2 c. grated zucchini, packed tight
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped
1/2 c. raisins
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla until fluffy.
Add oil and zucchini, then add dry ingredients.
Stir in pineapple, nuts, raisins and coconut.
Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 350\u00b0 one hour or until done.
