Turkey Casserole With Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. fat
3 c. water or broth
1 c. uncooked rice
1 1/2 c. cooked turkey, diced
1 c. cheese, cubed
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Melt fat in skillet.
Add onion and brown.
Add water or broth, rice, salt and pepper.
Cook for 20 minutes or until rice is done.
Add turkey and cheese. Heat until cheese melts.
Serves 6.
