Breakfast Scones - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. unbleached flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. cold sweet butter, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
    1/2 c. currants or golden raisins
    3 large eggs
    1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. whole milk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Put parchment paper on baking sheet. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
    Using paddles at low speed, add butter cubes and mix until nearly blended.
    Add fruit.
