Chocolate Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
3 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
whipped cream for garnish
Preparation

Bake pastry shell at 350\u00b0 for 5 minutes; set aside.
Combine eggs and next 6 ingredients in a medium bowl and stir well.
Spoon egg mixture evenly into prepared pastry shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Garnish with whipped cream.
Yields 4 to 6 servings.
