Ritz Cracker Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chopped pecans
20 Ritz crackers, crumbled
Cool Whip
Preparation

Add sugar and vanilla to beaten egg whites.
Beat again until firm.
Stir in pecans and crackers.
Pour into greased pie pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
Top with Cool Whip.
