Mock Eclair - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box graham crackers
2 pkg. (3 oz. each) French vanilla instant pudding
3 1/4 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix pudding with milk.
Beat 2 minutes.
Blend in Cool Whip. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan with butter.
Line with graham crackers. Pour half of pudding mixture over crackers.
Then add another layer of crackers.
Pour remaining pudding over crackers.
Add another layer of crackers.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
