Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. lime or lemon Jell-O
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 lb. small curd cottage cheese (2 c.)
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. horseradish (optional)
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained slightly
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
    Cool.
    Mix remaining ingredients together and add to cool Jell-O in an 8 x 8-inch pan; chill.
    Serve on lettuce leaves if desired.
    Makes 6 servings.
