Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. shortening, melted
    1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    2 tsp. soda
    2/3 c. water
    1 c. nuts
    4 eggs
    2 c. or 1 small can pumpkin
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar, eggs, shortening and pumpkin.
    Stir in flour, pumpkin pie spice, salt and soda gradually.
    Add water, vanilla and nuts.
    Pour into a greased and floured 1 pound coffee can, about 3/4 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes or until done.
