Brown 'N Serve Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    3/4 c. warm water (105~ to 114~)
    3/4 c. lukewarm milk, scald and cool
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. shortening
    4 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Stir in milk, sugar, salt, shortening and 2 1/2 cups of the flour.
    Beat until smooth.
    Add remaining flour to make soft dough.
    Knead until smooth.
