Brady'S Fish Fry Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. Martha White self-rising corn meal mix
1/2 c. Martha White self-rising yellow corn meal
1/2 c. Martha White self-rising flour
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
2 c. milk
2 large eggs
1 c. finely grated onion

Preparation

Combine dry ingredients.
Add onion.
Gradually stir in milk and eggs; set aside while you fry fish so mixture can rise.
Do not stir.
After rising, drop from teaspoon into hot fat where fish was fried.
Enjoy.
