Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. stew meat
    1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. water
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, or 1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 bay leaf, (optional)
    1 tsp. paprika (optional)
    4 carrots, sliced
    3 large potatoes, cubed
    1 stalk celery, sliced
    1 can tomato paste
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and pepper.
    Coat stew meat, then place into 4 quart pot.
    In a 2 cup microwave container, bring water to a boil and add the bouillon cubes and Worcestershire sauce.
    Pour this over meat and add all other ingredients except the tomato paste. Add enough water to cover vegetables.
    Cook on medium heat for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in tomato paste.
