Stuffed Turkey Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 large fresh mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. chicken broth
    1/4 c. finely chopped onions
    1/4 c. lean white turkey, ground
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
    1/4 tsp. basil
    2 Tbsp. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 c. spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Remove the stems on the mushrooms and chop.
    Heat chicken broth and cook onions and ground turkey.
    Add chopped mushroom stems and other ingredients.
    Cook this mixture about 5 minutes.
    Stuff this mixture into the mushroom caps and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Preheat your broiler and place in oven for 2 to 4 minutes or until cheese melts.
