Brazilian Cocoa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 oz. chocolate
    3 to 4 Tbsp. granulated sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 c. each: hot milk and hot coffee
    nutmeg or mace to taste
Preparation
    In top of double boiler, combine chocolate, sugar and salt. Stir in water.
    Over simmering water, heat until chocolate is melted.
    Stir in milk and coffee.
    Add nutmeg.
    Top with whipped cream.
    Sprinkle with instant coffee.
